This 3001 Model features white side slider window, flanked with black shutter. The extended hard top and black picket railing finishes the look of this design.

This 3001 model expands the living space inside. In most Florida Rooms the front walls are almost all glass allowing you to view nature outdoors. The added hard top and railing with gate adds a finishing touch to the outside design of this space.

This 3001 model show the addition of three  side slider window set close together giving you the appearance of one large solid wall of windows. The extra hard top and finished deck railings add to the entertainment space.

This 5001 model has a complete cohesive look. The siding on the Park Model matches perfectly with the room siding and aluminum picket railing. The window design features the addition of colonial grills and a steel entrance door flanked with side lites. 

This 5001 model features three individual thermal  windows and shutters. The end wall shows a custom upgraded thermal storm door with a decorative glass insert.

This 5001 model shows how you can upgrade your windows and doors by adding grills to match the style of your Park Model. The addition of a small hard top provides protection from the elements and the picket railing with a large gate just finishes off the look.

Hard Tops provide a good amount of protection against the elements. Our roofing systems are designed to meet or exceed Ontario Building Code requirements. Colour stripe is available in a variety of colours. 

After you have covered your entire outdoor deck with our hard top, enjoy decorating the space. Add beautiful wicker furniture and surround yourself with lush plants.
