This is a beautiful example of how the owner expanded  there living space by blending the 1500 Model with our  2001 Model room.

This 1500 Model  is attached to our 3001 Model room. This combination provides the home owner with a beautiful outdoor space protected from insects and an expanded indoor space.  The existing front patio exhibits our aluminum picket railing system with stair rails.

This 1500 Model  features our Sandalwood colour with upgraded safety balusters. The attached  3001 Model blends beautifully with both the screen room and trailer. The existing front patio exhibits our aluminum picket railing and stair rails.

This deck incorporates our 1500 Model with safety balusters and  an open air section with picket railing that expands beyond the room.

This 1500 Model  shows an A-Frame style room. Thanks to this style the high ceiling provides a larger viewing area, the feel of more space in the room and an abundance of  natural light encompassing the interior.

The 4-Tier window design extends the full length of this 2500 Model room allowing you to position each panel to virtually any position. The full screen allows for ventilation and ample light  to flow thought the room. 

This 2500 Model details our 4-Tier window design   on the front wall and beside the patio  door. More windows that allow sunlight indoors is know to make people happy.

This 2500 Model features our black aluminum, 4-Tier window design  on the front wall, colour stripe framing the roof and side-lites flanking both sides of the sliding door.

This 3001 Model highlights a black and white theme. Our standard transom windows maximizes your viewing area. The extended decks  feature our black picket railing system, double gates and expanded hard tops.

This 3001 Model features white side slider window, flanked with black shutter. The extended hard top and black picket railing finishes the look of this design.

This 3001 Model shows how the colour of the siding can match perfectly to the colour of any Park Model. The expanded covered decks are nice for entertaining small or large gatherings

This 3001 Model shows how the design of a room can change just by adding a single side slider window to the  side wall. The extra window brightens up the space and on a hot day allows a breeze to flow through the room. 

This 3001 Model features  side slider windows with lower transom windows that span the full length and height of the room.  The patio door is flanked by two side-lites

 allowing added viewing of the deck are.

This 3001 model expands the living space inside. In most Florida Rooms the front walls are almost all glass allowing you to view nature outdoors. The added hard top and railing with gate adds a finishing touch to the outside design of this space.

This 3001 model show the addition of three  side slider window set close together giving you the appearance of one large solid wall of windows. The extra hard top and finished deck railings add to the entertainment space.

This 5001 model has a complete cohesive look. The siding on the Park Model matches perfectly with the room siding and aluminum picket railing. The window design features the addition of colonial grills and a steel entrance door flanked with side lites. 

This 5001 model features three individual thermal  windows and shutters. The end wall shows a custom upgraded thermal storm door with a decorative glass insert.

This 5001 model shows how you can upgrade your windows and doors by adding grills to match the style of your Park Model. The addition of a small hard top provides protection from the elements and the picket railing with a large gate just finishes off the look. 

This 5001 Model shows how the room can be positioned on a  deck so that two covered deck areas can be added. What ever the size of your room clients can add one window or multiple depending on the look they want to achieve. 

This 6001 model has multiple features; large thermal windows with shutters, upgraded grills on windows and doors to match your trailer or park model. The  glass railing system with picket stair rail is a lovely finishing touch and expands the viewing area onto the property.

Hard Tops provide a good amount of protection against the elements. Our roofing systems are designed to meet or exceed Ontario Building Code requirements. Colour stripe is available in a variety of colours.

Tip-outs protect the trailers slide outs from outer elements like debris. It avoids the chance of rain seeping into the trailer. Tip-outs covers also protect from sun damages to the roof of the slide out.
