Three Seasons Models
The Three Season Models come with our standard 2” X 3” insulated wall construction, your choice of vinyl siding colours, interior panelling, patio door and a 3” insulated roof. You can upgrade the exterior of the room by adding shutters in your choice of colour or add side-lites to the glass slider patio door for more viewing area.

Our custom designed Model 1500 Screen Enclosure provides enhanced livability to the environment outdoors by allowing you and your family to enjoy the smell of fresh flowers and the warmth of a sunny day while sheltering you from direct sunlight, rain and annoying insects.
Safety balusters are an upgrade that provides parents with a safe area for children to play. The wall construction consists of interlock aluminum extrusions, sills and a durable baked- on finish. The black woven fiberglass screens ensure lasting colour, flexibility and curb appeal.

2001 Model
Our custom Model 2001 provides the space you need to expand your living area. The windows are single hung allowing you to have 75% clear viewing area and 25% glass with screen. These single hung windows have a fixed sash on the top and an operational sash on the bottom. The moveable bottom allows you to open the window for air to flow into the room.
All our Models come complete with vinyl siding matching your park model, trailer, cottage or home. Choose from our upgrade list and add shutters in a contrasting colour to frame your windows. To complete the room you have your choose of panelling colours. The sliding patio door is a standard feature to this room.

2500 Model
Ready to relax and feel comfortable
Our custom Model 2500 provides you with a copious amount of light because of the vast amount of windows. When you’re ready to relax and feel comfortable you can position the 4- Tier glass window panels to virtually any position from top down or bottom up adjusting the flow of air through your space. This room comes with all our standard features including the 2” X 3” insulated wall construction and a 3” insulated roof.

3001 Model
This design maximizes your viewing area
Model 3001 is our most popular model. This design maximizes your viewing area with side slider windows as well as lower transom windows. The addition of shutters adds charm and character to the exterior. Our company match’s the siding colour to your park model, cottage or home so the room doesn’t look like an addition; instead it looks like its original to the structure.
Exterior siding has multiple purposes, for example, siding protects your room’s exterior providing a barrier against weather and improves insulation to your park model, trailer, cottage or home
This model also comes with a 5’ or 6’ patio slider door with side-lites. The walls are built with a 2” x 3” insulated wood structure and house wrap. All 4 room models come complete with a 3” engineered foam roof system with your choice of colour stripe to finish off the look.
